Return Policy / Cancellation & Refund

Your refund request must contain details such as the Date of Donation, Amount of Donation, and Mode of Donation (Credit Card or Online Payment). The request should reach the Cancer Control Mission Mumbai office within 7 (seven) days from the date of donation.

The donation date will be considered as:

• The date on which you made the donation online, electronically, or through other means; or

• The date on which you handed over the cheque/demand draft to Cancer Control Mission India or an authorized representative; or

• The date on which you dispatched the cheque/demand draft to Cancer Control Mission India through other means.

The refund process may take 7 to 30 working days depending on the availability of information from third parties such as payment gateways, banks, etc., through which the transaction was made.
